How do I cancel my Fig+ subscription?

We’re sorry you wish to cancel your Fig+ subscription. If you’re experiencing an issue with the app, please message us at support@foodisgood.com and we’ll do our best to fix it for you.

If you signed up via the App Store or Play Store:

Here are directions for how to cancel on each platform:

If you signed up via Stripe on the Fig website:

  • Visit this link
  • Enter the email address you used to create your FIG account
    • You can verify this address by opening the Fig app, tapping the “Profile” icon, clicking the “Settings” button in the top-right corner, and then looking for the e-mail address listed under “Account”
  • Follow the prompts to confirm your subscription cancellation

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds after the 7 day free trial of Fig+.
